Request an RMA
Log in to your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic components in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated returns facility using a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
